About me

There are a lot of coaches out there working on media and presentation skills. Most of them will give you guidance and tell you how to stand, how to speak, how to move. What they don't do is help you do this in a way that is your own. My passion is in helping you build your own body language, develop your own vocal life. and most importantly, helping you find and craft your own stories and put these pieces together to complete the rich tapestry that already lives within you.

I graduated from one of the world's top music conservatories and my life as an actor came with wonderful thrilling highpoints, and some pretty low disappointments. This is how I learned the power of  'and' to create and to be resilient. To believe in myself and to challenge myself. To look to myself to make my dreams come true. 

 

Eventually I found myself living and working overseas not as an actor, but as a business professional. I thrived by applying all of my passion for the arts and the stage to Fortune 500 businesses and government agencies.

I've had the amazing opportunity to work with a diversified group of world leaders at the United Nations, politicians, and media figures. All of them have echoed the same sentiment when introduced to the Take Your Space concepts- "Why have I never before been introduced to these approaches? This is the professional development that truly matters."
